LeadFamly are looking for an Account Executive to join their growing London office. You will be tasked with developing and creating new customer relationships. We are looking for a team player who wants to join one of Denmark’s fastest growing SaaS companies, and be a part of our growth story.
At LeadFamly, we are changing the way Marketers interact with their customers through gamification. In 2016, we launched our software platform enabling customers to build advanced and engaging digital campaigns that create memorable experiences with their target audiences. We are on a growth journey and are currently collaborating with 400+ of Europe’s largest companies, such as McDonalds, Vero Moda, and many more. We are headquartered in Aarhus with offices in London, Helsinki, Berlin, and Amsterdam, with more offices to come. Backed by our investor, Vækstpartner Kapital, we are focused on expanding our target markets and headcounts throughout the year.
You will typically talk to the marketing department but CRM, loyalty, business development, ecommerce and communication teams are often part of the decision too. As we offer a new and disruptive technology that competes with the ‘traditional’ strategic marketing approach, it is important that you have the confidence to challenge customers’ views in the way they work today and clarify the potential value we make available to them. Your role would involve inspiring and creating concepts for our clients, so we can increase the frequency of campaigns being built through our tool.
Apply our sales process to identify, engage and sell to new customers
Manage multiple discussions with different levels of an organisation across a variety of businesses at the same time
Think creatively and innovate the way we attract customers to work with us
Connect and collaborate on the work done by sales development representatives with the customer success managers
Use calling, emailing, meetings and presentations to bring on board new customers
Plan, project manage and record your output activity, network expansion and new customers
Document feedback for the product and process to continuously improve the effectiveness of the whole sales approach
Skills & experience
A good understanding of the marketing space in general
Hands-on strategic B2B sales experience within marketing, social media, E-commerce, Martech and/or SaaS
The ability to challenge customers in the sales dialogue
A driven personality and the desire to be in a high performance culture with constant development
Flair for conveying and selling software, media, digital, social, and tech in general
