LeadFamly is on a fantastic road trip and is one of Denmark’s fastest growing SaaS stores! 200 of the largest companies in Denmark have already purchased access to the platform, such as Bravo Tours, Danfoss, Grundfos, Ilva, Arla, HBO, Sport24, Sydbank and many more. The tool is also located outside the country’s borders, and is already used in more than 20 different countries, where customers themselves build advanced and beautiful digital activation campaigns in the platform. The strong growth with the new disruptive tool has meant that the private equity fund Vækstpartner Kapital has made a larger two-digit million investment. This means that LeadFamly now turns up the foreign expansion. The company has already been established with its own office in Aarhus, London, Amsterdam, Berlin, Helsinki and is opening even more countries during 2019.

About the role:
We are looking among the industry’s absolute best, who are able to set the stage and challenge the customers to break their habits and thereby win the battle for their customers in the future. It is crucial that you can move at all levels of the organizations and that you manage to sell the LeadFamly platform at a strategic level, linking the customers’ business and challenges with the opportunities and value that can be created with Lead: famly. As it is a new and disruptive technology that competes with the traditional approach of companies, it is important that you challenge customers’ views in the way they work today and clarify the great potential gains and savings they can make.
You will typically talk to the corporate marketing department but also CRM, loyalty, business development, ecommerce and communication can be part of the decision center together with C levels. You know that their success does not depend on the software alone, but of course also because this is coupled optimally with the company’s objectives and brand. It is therefore crucial that you manage to establish the right understanding and the right mindset of the customer thus the use of LeadFamly gets the right business point of departure.
LeadFamly has built a well-defined sales approach, building on several of the latest storytelling, value proposition and sales process theories. You will be introduced thoroughly so that you will thereby develop and adapt your competences so that you get the best possible starting point for success with us.
Hands-on experience with strategic sales to Marketing / SoMe / Ecom customers
Strong to challenge customers in sales dialogues, to teach and inspire them to see new opportunities and value in introducing a new disruptive technology that can give them a great competitive advantage.
You have a good mood, a strong personality with a high drive and a desire to be in a high performance culture with constant development.
You may have experience of selling software solutions with a SaaS business model, from the bureau world with a sharp digital profile or similar.
You generally have the flair to be able to convey and sell within software, media, digital, social, tech in general.
