CFO for high-growth marketing gamification platform

LeadFamly is changing the way brand owners interact with their customers by enabling digital campaigns including gamification elements to be developed and executed on the fly. We were born as a digital agency many years ago, but launched our gamification technology as a software platform late 2016. Since then, more than 300 brands across Northern Europe have joined the platform, and we have established offices in Denmark, UK, Holland, Finland and Germany.

Today, we are more than 40 colleagues and growing rapidly. To support our continued journey towards global presence, we are looking for a strong CFO to join our executive team and be part of the company’s leadership.


Executive role

  • Strategy development and follow-up

  • Member of executive management team

  • Reporting to the Board of Directors

Finance role

  • Organize and secure solid financial operations

  • Drive the company’s financial planning

  • Oversee underlying performance and partner with the business to continuously optimize

  • Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments

  • Decide on investment initiatives by considering cash and liquidity risks

  • Cash management

  • Annual report and interaction with auditors

  • Bank management

  • Financial systems responsibility

  • Master data management

Legal role

  • Ensure compliance with relevant external legal frameworks

  • Organize and execute effective contractual processes

Business development role

  • Project management of business development initiatives

  • Setup and oversight of all legal entities

  • Acquisition opportunities and strategic partnerships

  • Interaction with investors and potential investors


  • Financial accountant

  • Legal assistant

  • Business development manager


  • Ability to build a strong administrative operation and attract solid talent

  • Strong financial management track record

  • Very strong business insights and link to operational financial metrics

  • Solid experience with annual reports and interaction with auditors

  • Experience with software and software-as-a-service business model

  • Strong IT and data management skills

  • Knowledge of private equity and interaction with financial investors

  • Solid leadership and communication skills

  • Attracted by ambitious, high growth environment

  • High energy personality with change-oriented mindset

  • Masters degree required, and minimum 7-10 years work experience from relevant roles
