We are looking for an experienced Customer Marketing Manager that will support our Customer Success teams across Europe to:

  • Educate our customers and drive activities that have a positive effect on product usage

  • Improve account health scores across our customer base across all markets and segments

  • Improve contract renewal rates and grow customer lifetime value

About the role

As the Customer Marketing Manager, you’re the glue between Customer Success and Marketing, as you jointly identify retention marketing opportunities and priorities and turn them into effective Customer Marketing activities.

You will be responsible for developing new and innovative ways to connect with customers, by creating, owning, and executing the customer marketing plan in collaboration with local Customer Success teams in Denmark, Finland, the Netherlands and the UK.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will be to:

  • Support our Customer Success and Account Management teams to educate and engage our existing customers through email campaigns, marketing gamification and customer webinars.

  • Develop and execute one-off as well as automated, segmented email campaigns to drive product engagement, improve account health, and increase account retention (in Hubspot and/or FreshSuccess)

  • Support Customer Success with initiatives that have a positive effect on customer health scores

  • Help Account Management increase renewal rates by sharing valuable content with our customers throughout their customer lifecycle

  • Demonstrate marketing value by increasing attributed revenue from Customer Marketing activities (Hubspot renewal revenue attribution)

  • Assist Customer Success and Account Management with planning and marketing of customer events; assist the Event Marketing Manager with event execution and communication- and CRM-related activities

  • Conceptualize and develop marketing gamification activities for Leadfamly’s customer marketing flow

Minimum qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in business or marketing

  • 3+ years of practical marketing experience

  • Excellent written communication skills in Danish and English

  • A proactive person with a strategic mindset

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred qualifications

  • Background in SaaS B2B retention marketing

  • Experience creating segmented and automated nurturing campaigns

  • Experience with marketing automation systems such as Hubspot, Eloqua or Marketo

  • Proven experience developing and executing a customer communication plan that focuses on providing product education, increasing product usage, and ultimately improving customer retention

  • Experience with Customer Success platforms such as Totango or Gainsights or FreshSuccess ideal but not required
