About the position

 

We are looking for an experienced Demand Generation Manager (B2B marketing) with seasoned skills in both inbound and outbound digital marketing.  In this role you get a chance to create, build, test and deploy demand generation campaigns and programs to acquire, nurture and qualify leads that are expected to convert into measurable, repeatable and predictable sales and revenue growth for LeadFamly.

With focus on Demand Generation, you will work collaboratively with our regional Sales Managers to build a pipeline of Marketing-qualified leads that match our regional sales targets and market needs. 

Our ideal candidate comes with a few years of experience working in B2B demand generation marketing for a SaaS company, has a solid understanding of persona-driven lead generation and has worked with marketing automation platforms such as Hubspot to build fluid digital campaign experiences.

You will be joining a growing Marketing team that supports you in the areas of marketing automation, content generation, event marketing and design. In the end, it’s really a team effort where everyone supports one another.

 

Your responsibilities

.

  • Own and develop integrated marketing programs with strong digital focus to find, attract, acquire, and engage prospective customers across our focus markets

  • Manage lead acquisition-marketing campaigns through all phases of the campaign lifecycle, including strategy and creative development, audience segmentation and targeting, execution of the campaign and coordination with lead gen partners and in-house stakeholders

  • Own the optimization and delivery of demand gen marketing campaigns, programs and tactics that generate new leads

  • Ensure a steady influx of quality leads as per our buyer persona and scoring model, building and maintaining a predictable pipeline of Marketing-qualified leads

  • Develop and constantly improve lead nurture programs that nurture, score and qualify leads

  • Campaign budget management, reporting & analytics skills to optimize campaign performance results and report back to the CMO

  • Ensure internal sales awareness and engagement in marketing campaigns

Minimum qualifications

.

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing or equivalent practical experience

  • 3-5 years experience in digital demand generation / acquisition marketing from a SaaS or B2B company

  • Ability to speak and write in English fluently and idiomatically

.

Preferred qualifications

.

  • Experience of developing and executing demand generation marketing campaigns into multiple European markets

  • Solid experience in creating, executing and maintaining paid media campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn, Google or Outbrain

  • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Eloqua or ideally Hubspot) 

  • Experience in reporting on and improving the sales and marketing funnel performance

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a cross functional team environment, balancing local context with global goals is required

  • A pro-active hands-on approach, with the ability to work on both strategic and tactical levels

  • A proven track-record in B2B marketing campaign delivery and strong ROI in terms of campaign success

  • Ability to build close working relationships with internal and external partners

  • Experience negotiating lead generation investments with potential and existing external lead generation partners
