We’re looking for a driven and ambitious student employee to review, prepare and optimise contracts, data processing agreements and other legal tasks within the scope of GDPR and ISO nationally as well as internationally. We imagine you’re a fifth or sixth semester HA.jur or BA.jur student looking to continue your Cand.merc.jur or Cand.jur studies in Aarhus while gaining hands-on experience from working with 500+ of Europe’s largest companies.

As a Legal Associate at leadfamly’s headquarters, you will be tasked with national and international legal tasks, preparation and optimization of various contract forms, GDPR and ISO27001 documentation as well as administrative tasks. Furthermore, as we’re a scale-up, you will play an active part in the ongoing structuring and optimization of legal and administrative processes. You will refer to our Vice President of Finance, Administration and Legal while working closely with our Legal Consultant.

In short, your responsibilities will be to

  • Review, prepare and optimise contracts and data processing agreements

  • Handle and optimize GDPR and ISO27001 documentation

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our legal and administrative processes

  • Educate and prepare yourself for a full-time position in leadfamly after finalizing your studies

  • Handle other administrative tasks within Legal

  • enrolled on the fifth or sixth semester of HA.jur, BA.jur, or in the first or second semester of Cand.merc.jur or Cand.jur

  • top of your class with remarkable grades

  • fluent in Danish and English (verbal and written)

  • able to independently prioritize and complete your tasks with a structured and organized approach
