Sales Development Representative

LeadFamly is currently looking for native-speaking Finnish and UK English Sales Devolepment Representatives to join our headquarters in Aarhus. We are experiencing an exciting period of rapid growth and are looking for ambitious part-time and full-time employees with the desire to take on a one-year program as a Sales Development Representative, where we will teach you everything you need to know in order to kickstart your future sales-career, and potentially advance as an Account Executive.

We offer you the opportunity to become a part of our Sales Devolepment Representative’s (SDR) program, where you will be taught everything that will make you a successful Account Executive, while working as a trusted business adviser to some of the most prominent companies. As an SDR at LeadFamly, you will be working within sales of software as a service (SaaS) solutions for current and future customers. At Leadfamly, we provide Europe’s leading Marketing Gamification Platform and fastest growing Scandinavian SaaS startup. The Leadfamly platform provides brands across a range of industries full control to build unlimited interactive campaigns that aid in activating and engaging their customers through game mechanics.

Our SDR program is paid and lasts 12 months, in which you will be working closely with our experienced Sales Consultants in our Danish headquarters. Besides completing sales related tasks, you will be taught all the essentials within sales strategies, from gaining prospects’ attention to closing the deal and implementing our services. Having successfully completed the program, you will have the possibility to return home to work in one of our international offices in London and Helsinki ore you can stay in our DK HQ and continue your career there.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for ambitious, energetic and performance-driven students and graduates with native speaking abilities in Finnish or UK English, who are searching for a relevant part-time or full-time job in our new international SDR team, that serves all of our markets in Europe. You eagerly engage in supporting our growth ambitions to accelerate the roll-out in new markets and supply the local teams with qualified leads and opportunities.

You are sales driven, creative in your approach, to generating new leads, and do not accept a ‘no’ for an answer.

Your responsibilities in the job:

  • Identify, qualify and develop leads and their decision-making-units;

  • Use cold calls, email marketing, social selling & other forms of marketing campaigns to book meetings for the sales team;

  • Collaborate with sales & marketing to create targeted lead lists and to develop strategies aimed at the further development of these leads and;

  • Realize Sales Qualified Lead targets.​​

We requre that you are;

  • Positive, proactive, energetic and a hands-on self-starter;

  • An excellent communicator;

  • Interested in marketing, technology, digital opportunities and SaaS companies in general.

  • Experienced +/- 1 year with outgoing sales and / or telemarketing or similar​
