Loyalty can mean many things. Google Analytics would define loyalty as a user that returns to your webpage with great frequency. Loyalty can also mean that your audience constantly choose your audience over your competitors, that offer the same product or service.

With a gamification campaign you can create loyalty from your audience either because a campaign is fun, exciting or in other ways interesting, causing your audience to get a stronger connection with your brand, or it can be because you incorporate game elements into your campaign, which promote loyalty. This, could be a point system, where the players can earn advantages.
